Can't conect to internet
 

For some reason I can't connect to the internet all of a sudden. I keep gettin an error code of 131. I called sprint and they couldn't help me at all. I was on the phone with them for like an hour. They told me that other people in NY have called to complain about the same issue. They also told me that I should take my phone in to a store and have them give me an over the wire program. I'm currently using NEX's 3.35 rom. Should i relock my phone and put the 3.35 sprint rom on, also anybody else from NY having this problem.

I was having the same issue. Took my mogul to a sprint store and after about an hour of the tech trying to get it going he did a master reset, not a hard reset. Got the factory settings and then had to reprovision it. He said that it could take about 9 hours to get my data connection going again but it only took about an hour.

what rom were you running, if it was custom did you reflash back to stock

Am running 3.35. Used the search button and try to find any clue on why this was happening.Its fixed now and back up to speed. If you have any clue Sure would appreciate it.
