XV6800 weird ringer problem
 

Hi I have a Verizon Wireless xv6800 running the standard ROM. I have HTC home plugin installed along with some other HTC utilities. I have a VERY strange problem. I have not hard-reset, but I did soft-reset this is a recurring issue.

-When the ringer is silenced or turned off, I go into the scheduler/appointment book and after editing or creating an appointment it turns the ringer to on.

This is a serious problem because my phone rang very loudly during class and I'd like to edit my schedule without fearing a ringer immediately.

I tested this multiple times to ensure this is how it happened.
