I am trying to get the MSVC to work on my Mogul. DO i need to purchase the actual software first. All I have currently is the voice call prompt. I am trying to get it to the text, email and call ID to work. I am using the must current ROM from Sprint. Please assist.

Is there anyway to get the HTC 6800 from alltel to work with Voice command like the mogul from sprint?

Same exact way. This is just software and is not carrier specific.

for those of you (like me) who are still having the problem even after patching the files - try enabling announcing of your text messages (make sure you uncheck "only high priority" in the options).... that should probably not work either, correct?

i don't know what's going on, but it just will flat out not work on my phone. i've used different versions of VC (including 1.6.19209), patched files, soft resetted.... everything. i'm using the stock 3.35 rom; i did not let the customizations run after upgrading (although i doubt that has anything to do with VC).

announcing text messages worked great with my 6700 and was so useful becuase if you got a message when you were driving/sleeping/etc you wouldn't have to physically get your phone and click to read it.

I almost wish I could break mine to figure out why your's ins't working right. It has to be some other software that you are running and I am not...

Rain Freak, you are a genius. Thanks for you help. The call announcement fix works perfectly on my verizon 6800. Have you by any chance found something for the Bluetooth confirmation issue besides disabling confirmation? My roommate's tilt works perfectly with bt, including voice confirmation over the bluetooth (motorola H12). I don't know if I'm saying anything you don't already know, but his ROM is 1.62.502.0 Radio is 1.27.14.09. and VC is 1.60.17913. I would love to have this working on my phone too if anyone knows how I can get this done, please HELP... Thanks
