What about the memory leak?
 

I see the new ROM is out from HTC and am downloading it now but havent seen anything mentioned about the abysmal memory leak and battery performance. Is there any word on a fix for these problems or do we just have to live with it? I have given serious consideration to getting a new phone cause of these issues.

i havent played around with the 3.35. I am using a WM6.1 ROM based off the leaked 3.16 ROM and the memory management is awesome. I can have about 2MB left while having multiple programs open and i can still navigate smoothly. It should be the same for the 3.35

I haven't had any significant issues with 3.35, but I have a number of registry tweaks done on my phone (you can check my FTP link in my signature if you'd like details).

That said, I generally consider myself more of a business user, so I spend all my time in Outlook, Calendar, Tasks, and Contacts rather than games or multimedia apps.
