Does anyone else have the problem of when u make a video on the mogul & put it on ur computer or email it to som1 it won't open???

Does anyone know the solution as well....

i believe the videos out of the mogul come up as MPEG4 therefore you would need to add a MPEG4 codec to either windows media player or d/l a mpeg4 player

& while this is true I get errors as to where it won't playback...thatz what has me baffled...

Yeah...I've got the same issue. It's a bit of an annoyance, but I don't use the feature all that often. If someone does have an answer I'm also interested in hearing it.

Quicktime plays mp4 files. I know that windows media dont. Not sure why it wouldnt, its not like mp4 is a new technology. I use quicktime to play my mp4 files. Not videos from my phone but I would assume its the same.

well the thing is that it doesn't matter what it is Windows Media, Quicktime, etc...they just won't open..{I hope that didn't sound as if i'm being smart} but even if i sented it to u, u would be able to view it...

LOL...I hate that...You bring it in. Take em for a ride and nothing happens then you look stupid...

Im glad you figured it out. I was gonna say covnert it with super. If its a small video should take no time but if you got it working great.

In The Camera Settings Make The Capture Format 3gpp2 Instead Of Mpeg4....thatz The Fix...pretty Simple Hunh?...
