Google Maps help.
 

Hi, i'm using OziExplorer right now, but it's too hard to use.
So I want to use TomTom or iGo ect.( Don't know names... )
I searched maps of my country but i not able to find it exept OziExplorer's *.ozf2 format.
So is it possible to convert OziExplorer's map to an other type, for example to TomTom's?
And if I use TomTom, can i download maps right from TomTom's or Google's servers?

i would say no on this, they all seem to have preloaded maps for each program, from what i've seen...

you will have to use the maps that correspond to each of the different programs. Tomtom runs very well on my mogul and was fairly inexpensive.

I was not able to find map of my country from google for TomTom, so can i download it right from TomTom's server after installing TomTom it self?

Most, if not all of the GPS software web sites (not google) will have information on what countries they support.

Since you do not state which country your are from, I can't help you much further than that, but just go to the different web sites of the GPS Software companies and you should find what you are looking for.

If you need help with what software is available, then just do a search in the forum for GPS, ther are MANY different applications available, all have different features of some sort or another, you'll just have to decide for yourself which ones are important to you and base your results on that.

WOW, i feel that I'm a lucky!
Just find new version of my OziExplorer.
Mine was v1.2 and now I'm downloading new v2.01
But yesterday i used my GPS and you know what?
GPS seems to be little crazy.
OziExplorer is connecting to sattelites about 1 min and after that it's showing me that i'm about 1km far from place that i'm staying!
Is it possible?
Wrong cordinates...
Now i will try to use new version.
Tell result tommorow.
