Got my replacement today
 

well got my brand new replacement mogul today... those of you who have also had replacemnt sent to you did you send it back with all accessories or did you send just the phone back?? let me know as id like to keep the accesories just do not want to get charged for it.

I removed the phone only put the broke one in and taped it up and shipped it back.
Unit 2 I swapped at the store they did the same thing just a swap for the phone.
Unit 3 still running strong.

so you only sent the broken phone in no box or any accesories? having an extra mini sd card is alwaysa plus

I went to the store, and asked them for the accessories from the new one as well, and they gave me everything i wanted, the SD card and the battery namely. I think you would be safe to take the new battery and the SD card and still keep your old one, but that is just a guess when you arent doing it in store.

oh no im gonna send just the phone back in the package they gave me. i just want the charger and the extra case and sd card. the other stuff they can have.

hmmm... so you did a replacement request... and they sent you EVERYTHING that came wit the phone jus like when you first purchased it?... thats tite, bro...

i ask cuz i jus ordered my own replacement, and the last time i ordered a replacement, they jus sent me the phone is a white box... no accessories or memory card... or course, that was a samsung a800... but still...

i miss that phone.. .but thats beside the point... the point is, i'm gonna get a brand new box wit all da new accessories...

Here is my experience with the insurance. If you call and make a claim and pay the $50...You get a brand new phone... all the goodies... All I sent back was the phone...

I went in the store and they replaced phone #2 for free...but I got a reburb in the white box with nothing... not even a battery.
