Re: Contact HELP
Activesync "should" be saving your contacts, even across hard boot's. The problem may be that you have changed the name of your device.
Activesync pairs up based on the device name, and if you hard boot, update ROM, etc. and change the name of the device, activesync will not know to associate the older files (that you had sync'd) with the device (now with a different name). I have not had to do this in a while, as my system is tied to an exchange account and all my information is download from the exchange server once I pair up with it. |
Re: Contact HELP
If you look on your phone there is a file called pim. This file has all your contacts as well as your call history. Make a copy restore your phone and then overwrite the file with the one you saved. Then do a soft reset and your good to go. No activesync needed
