Windows 6.1 Timestamp in Threaded SMS

Does anyone else have a problem with TXT messages being received showing the wrong time and the ones I send showing the correct time? Anyone know of a fix for this issue?

I have this same problem when my phone does not have a very strong signal. When I move back into range all of the times are correct.

Ahh could it have something to do with me roaming?
