i noticed dust getting under them, and once i figured out they were supposed to come off, off they came!

I never thought to think of it as a serious question to ask but I left mine on because it isnt really doing anything that will cause my phone to funtion or not funtion... But appearently if they are there then it is usually something that cant hurt... but than again we are dealing with a windows device... LOL
