LOST CONTACT sort of!!

somehow my contacts delete from outlook and my phone, but when someone calls the info is there, when I call them its still there but when I go to contacts I have nothin how can I correct this without hard resetting

I also noticed that my contacts show in nuemms as well as the "match 6" when using dialpad

use pimbackup 2.8 to backup and restore your contacts. should fix the problem, hopefully
