Trouble with email
 

When I receive email and click on it to open it, it closes out and goes back to the home screen. I have to open my email program again to read it. I have a Sprint Mogul. I have the latest flash rom. It has been doing this for awhile now. Any suggestions?

Welcome, since you're new (here anyway) I have to ask:

I assume you did soft reset to see if it fixed it? (i.e. poked your stylus in the little hole @ the bottom.)

It could be a memory issue & your Mogul is low on program memory, still soft reset 1st
& see if it remedies your problem.

Yes, I have soft reset many times. That didn't work.

What programs do you have installed and running? Perhaps there is a conflict...

All I have is Google Maps,a registry editor,Live Search,Sirius Radio,NFL Mobile,WMWifirouter. That's all I have now. My problem was there before I installed any of those programs.

IMHO, I can't imagine why, maybe you got a faulty unit.

Before we say that though, I can recommend a hard reset & see if it persists.
If it does, I would have it replaced.
