Ok i did some searching but couldn't find much on adding a fm radio, is this possible at this time?

If you are looking to listen to FM stations on your phone, Id check out http://www.thestreamcenter.com/pda/ If you know that radio station's call sign (ie. Kfmk) and they have a stream you can connect and listen to it through WMP.

actually, i would like to go the other way, ie transmit music from my phone thru the fm stereo.
i read some blurb about a broadcomm bt chip that also had an FM Radio in it.
now, as i read this, it appears to be a -receiver-, not a transmitter.

www.thestreamcenter.com/pda works great. Its what I use at work since my favorite local station doesn't come in.

i use resco radio. Doesn't do many local stations, but good if you want to listen to streaming radio.

i went to streamcenter and it doesnt look like a radio station site

i find that just going to a website can get you to the stream of the station, depending on the format.
click the link, and it opens up media player and there ya go

nice! been lookin for this site for awhile... check out the jesus christ show on kfi am 640 from los angeles sunday mornings.... what a radio god
