Help!
Ok i have a big problem.... my touchscreen recently went out no longer working.... doesnt recognize any touches or points tried hard reset and nothing. i called sprint they said i could claim in on asuriion but id have to pay $50 and i fought with them cause the phone isnt 40 days old. they said try calling htc and i did and they sdaid well you have to send the phone in for repair if it is and wait 2 weeks..... problem is i cant wait 2 weeks i need a phone for work. there are no authorized sprint repair stores around me at all..... this sucks.... any advice.

i dont get why the manucturer wont just ship me a phone ive heard of other people doing an option like this or so they said.....ugghhh this sucks... and where iam moving to the end of this month i dont supposibly get service and sprint wants me togo back to nextel cause there are only nextel towers where iam going and i cant use all my power vision options and internet, email..... i dont know what todo cause i dont really want to change it was hassle enough and sprint doesnt seem to care or want to help.

Try removing the screen protector, then replacing it.

just keep hassiling sprint about it.... from my experience with customer service and text support just be presistant and always ask to talk to a manager. if you give them enough crap about it they will do almost anything within reason.

well figured id post an update aftr writing sprint a nice email i got an email back from csr Alex saying he would "Also, if you wish to ordered the phone from here, please reply to this mail with your confirmation and I will ordered the phone from here absolutely free of cost." so thats that im getting a new mogul. hopefully this one wont be so problematic with the screen and keyboard.
