MS Voice Command + Jawbone

I just purchased MS VC and I'm trying to get it where I push on my headset (1 push on toggle) and get it to use as voice command to control features. Also how do I get the sound to go directly to my headset?

I'm sure you know you have to pair your BT headset with your phone before you can do anything. Once that's done, the rest is simple.
