Program still on phone
 
Ok i deleted my nero mobile but there is still a icon on the programs screen, how do i get it off. I did a search and nothing was found on nero, did a soft reset, also checked storeage memory and remove program. what next?

In File Explorer, navigate to My Device/ Windows/ Start Menu/ Programs

Delete the shortcut inside this folder

quick question about the nero program
what was it used for and why are you getting rid of it. i read alot of the forums and have never heard mention of the nero program

You can also use a program like SK Tools or MemMaid in order to completely remove programs.

nero is used to play media files on your fone, it think it just came with nero 7 ultra

Nero i take it came with the phone, trail edition i think. I downloaded a media player and it works as a ringtone maker to. So know need for two media players. Plus i have WMP. So i had 3
