what programs can be installed to my storage card?will this free up program memory or how do i?

my device is a sprint mogul 6800

i use weatherpanel
slide 2 play
opera
pocket cm keyboard and contact
slide 2 unlock 2
spb pocket plus
spb time
spb mobile shell
mobitv
and xm
all my games are stored on my memory card

program memory is

total : 46.98
in use: 36.24
free 10.74

i'm a noob but this doesn't look good compared to what i've seen here.or am i just 2 nervous?

the rule of thumb around here is any program that works DIRECTLY off of the today screen should be installed to the device... all others should be sent to the card.....

the reason for this is because if a today plug-in is working off of the card, it can slow down your device in a number of ways.
