If you mean free, just search Google. Most free games are crap though.

(How to beat Monopoly every time)

There are many stupid habits the computer has that you can exploit. Example - if you want an opponents property, you can often buy it off them for just a dollar more than they bought it for (as long as you don't have all the other ones)
If you DO have all the other ones, you must make a trade in which the opponent ends up with complete control of an area as well (in other words, a monopoly.)
The computer gives way too much value to train and utility monopolies and will trade things of much higher value to you for them as long as you throw a little money in as well.

This makes the game almost boring, so what I do is choose to be the last player and use the "once around" rule before buying land. At least then there's a chance of losing.
