Calls not ringing?
 

How come my phone all the sudden stop vibarteing and ringing when i receive a call. SMS is fine and email is fine. also when i go to change the ringtone, i can't change it like when i click ok at the top or the hardware button it resets the ringtone i had before and the screen doesn't close out i have the press the end button to get out of it?
