Error: Unable to save the file -- Help needed
 

Recently, I have been getting this error when trying to save graphics files. I have tried clearing cookies, and cache followed by soft resets but to no avail. The only thing that works is hard booting the phone. Of course, then I have to spend an inordinate amount of time reloading everything back in once I get back to the office.

I'm in a very graphics intense job and this is really getting to me. Has anyone else experienced this and have any advice to help besides hard reboots? Thanks!

ttt. This is vexing me and I could use a better solution than hard booting.

I get something similar. Occasional errors when trying to save images. What I do is add the url to favorites, restart PIE and it works. Once I had to soft reset to get rid of the error. I haven't had to hard reset over that yet, or I'd be mad...grrrr

Are you using spb pocket plus or other program that modifies PIE?

I am still getting this error and hard resets are no longer an option as I am between laptops for a few weeks. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm getting the same thing. I used to be able to go in through Optiond and clear the cache, refresh the page, and then I could save. Now It isn't letting me save anything.
Can anyone help with this annoyance?

I figured out something on this. If you change the location of the ie temp folder in the registry, open the browser, soft reset, change it back to the default location, and open the browser, this error stops happening.

I do not know about this error but I suggest you get either Sprite back up or Spb to back up your data so you will spend only few minutes getting back your Mogul.......
