Cannot access USB to PC under settings

I've been having some issue with Activesync after the HTC rom upgrade 3.35. I went into Start\Settings\USB to PC and noticed this icon does not open up. Is this normal with this update?

No. It should open up. Try a soft reset. If that doesn't work, maybe a hard reset or a reflash will do the trick.

I had this problem and it was due to Wisbar Advance. Unistalled it, soft reset, then I was able to access the USB to PC again.

Ah. OK i do have wisebar installed too. Did you reinstall wisebar? If so did it still work afterward?

No, I just left it off, too buggy. Thinks it's due to the integrated taskbar which has some of the same functions as wisbar.
