ActiveSync changing tethering from EV to 1x
 

Hi,

I'm on the new ROM and have been tethering on ICS via BT & USB.

Is there a way to disable activesync from automatically starting on the mogul? Every time this happens, my data connection changes from EVDO to 1X.

Laptop- Have the 2 Windows mobile processes stoped.

Mogul- Have the outlook activesync set to manual, no other programs using data. In activesync, unchecked connect via USB.

This is driving me mad..so any help is greatly appreciated!!! :confused1:

FYI

I have also gone into network settings and disabled the LAN and Wireless connections.

Using Vista too if that makes a difference..thanks!!!
