Active Sync Help !
 

I have windows xp at home with the most current active sync installed(office 2003) and on my laptop I have vista with the newest version of ms office (12 or 13)..

I can almost ALWAYS sync my phone at home with xp, however I trouble on a regular basis attempting to sync with vista. It keeps telling me that I need active sync 4.5 or greater. Sometimes it does this sometimes it doesnt.

Right now its doing that and I can not get it to sync....

On your Mogul - Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC. Uncheck the box.

On your PC, make sure you have installed WMDC 6.1.
