Dialer skin

Hello everybody, i know this may sound dumb to most of you guys on here, but I downloaded the HTC dialer skin and I don't like it. How do i get my original skin back. I'm using the new sprint rom by the way. Thanks

Windows button/ Settings/ remove programs

Locate HTC Dialer in the list, select and remove
