Re: www.sirius.com

Search the web for an programs called TCPMP and SiriusWM5. Install both of those and you will be able to listen to Sirius on the mogul. I use it daily.

SiriusWM5 is awesome. i've been using it for months. it's great because this way i just gave my girlfriend my old Sirius reciever to listen to in her car, and i can still listen in my car via my phone. plus, since mine is over the internet, it still works when i go under bridges, through tunnels and into parking garages, unlike the satellite link.

Re: www.sirius.com

Unless you have an activated sirius account (read radio), then guest access is time limited.

Re: www.sirius.com

what about the "selectradio", only free for limited time?

Re: www.sirius.com

SiriusWM5 also has an option for the "CD Quality" streams which sound far better than the satellite service, although it does require an extra $3/mo. The streams usually work well inside where satellite doesn't. TCPMP requires the WM5 wmadecoder.dll in the \windows directory to play the sirius streams.

Re: www.sirius.com

I had to NOT use TCPMP for it to work. Windows Media player works with it just fine for me.

You need to go in to the settings and input your username and password.

I don't even get to be able to do that.
I reinstalled TCPMP and now it's working. Will the capchta need to be entered each time I start it?

cwlanik 04-06-2008 03:37 PM

No you don't have to do the captcha every time unless you soft reset.

i find that anytime i close the program, or anytime i shut off my data connection, when i restart SiriusWM (not soft reset the phone, just restart the program) i have to re-enter the Captcha code. however, with the new ROM it can accept the code from the slide out keyboard. in the past it only accepted the code via the onscreen keypad.
