They haven't got any PRL files.
I try all PRLs from 10021.prl to 60711.prl but same thing.
Signal is very low, except center of the city.
Tech told me that i must activate my phone.
But i must give 30$ for that.
I want to unlock my phone myself.
Can any1 give me an instruction for me?

You can't use your phone without paying to activate, no way around that.

I must use my CDMA phone as [1X] with 2000 without roaming
Yeah sprint service like bakntyme told, will not work at country other than the United States!
So i must use it as [1X] with 2000 without roaming!
Before flashing my phone worked as [1X] with 2000 without roaming!

I take it to tech today.
Now it's working fine.
Max 6 signal bars :))
But i don't know what he done to fix it.
I have no idea, can any1 knows?
