Crackling sound when open close Mogul
 

This doesn't happen all the time but some times when sliding open and then closing Mogul I get this crackling sound feedback from the external speaker. It seems to resolve it self if you power down and power back.

This happened starting when I went to noChem ROM. I recently went to the Sprint 3.35 official ROM and it happened today.

I know of at least one or two others who had noticed this problem.

Anyone figure out what this is or how to fix it long term? I am wondering if it is the device itself.

The other thing that came to mind is I'm using a Seido hard rubber case in case others are also using that and seeing this.

i sounds like it is the keyboard sounds having issues. have uou tried to uncheck the sounds so nothing plays? i know it is not a fix but it might get rid of the anoying sounds. or you could try to install another sound to see if it is just the original sound files
