Any AEButton experts?

I'm trying to figure out how to save my AEButton associations into an OEM I can build into a ROM... I'm pretty sure that they're not registry entries (I could be wrong. I did a reg comparison, and the differences didn't logically add up, but who says programming is logical)...

That leads me to believe my settings are saved in a DLL somewhere... Anyone know what this DLL is? Also, any suggestions as to how to integrate it into my rom? (meaning, should I try to plug it into the AEButton OEM, or should I create a seperate OEM to overwrite the DLL AEbutton installs, or should I do it as a user customization)

Re: Any AEButton experts?

I know its stored within the folder /program files/AEBPlus because every time that I upgrade I just copy the entire folder back over over after installing the application. After that all my associations are back. Also first I run AEBPlusUnload.exe before copying the files back.

EDIT: They are stored in AEBPlus.cfg Just open that file with a text editor (frNotepad) and you will be able to see your Activation Key and all of your settings.

AEBPlusunload.exe stops AEButton plus from running (Instantaneously). This is only needed if you are going to copy over AEBPlus.exe which you/I wont need to do now that we know where the configuration is stored, or if you want to disable it for some reason.
