Time and alarm shortcut?

Hey guys
Where can I find either the .exe or .lnk to open up the alarm properties?
I can't find it in the windows directory. I know its some sort of link to open the page with a parameter to go to the alarm tab, right?

Tried to create a shortcut with 23#ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,16,2 as the target and nothing happened. Also tried ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,16,2 How did you find this information?

To make the link, you paste that code into notepad and save it as something.lnk
It should work for that.
