How to remove the bottom bar on the today screen
 
How to remove the bottom bar on the today screen? i took the three icons off the bottom but there is still a bar taking up screen space. or is that space even usagble?

EDIT::::
figured it out. installed codyppcperformancebooster. it fixed it and probably sped it up with all of the reg edits

is the thread. it worked to get the bottom bar away but i am not sure about speed or battery life yet

I use this program. Simply place the exe in the \\windows\startup and it runs once when you boot
i been using it for the past few months now :headbang:

I tried it a while back with one of vj's tools, but it would screw it up when the phone would ring. The bar would come back partially.

Wisebar does this also. You can even remap the softkeys on the bottom.

i agree about vijay's tools and by the way, he's an awesome programmer, just the tool he created wouldn't "stick" like you said, and on a mogul once you slide out the keyboard the bottom and top would come back.

I'd think about wisbar but I use qmenu and it's just SO MUCH SMALLER FOOTPRINT and so much better for my needs.

I'm using the tool that was mentioned earlier and so far so good.
