Well, it seems as though no one's come up with an answer for this. I have 4 moguls sitting on my desk that are stuck in this so called "download mode". I'm holding out hope that IAmCokeman or someone comes up with a fix. They are all the same, they were stuck in bootloader, flashed to new radio, now they won't turn on, but the red light comes on, and the computer recognizes it. It won't allow a flash, or bootloader force though.
