Phone Auto Silenced in Bluetooth Mode?

Why does the phone go into silent mode whenever I activate hands-free mode with Bluetooth? I missed like five calls because the silent mode disabled the ring. I am using nueROM 2.0 (5051).

i had the same exact problem, so i flashed 5050 and it went away
