Need Help w/ Ultimate Launcher
 

Sorry folks I new to all of this but I need some step by step ways in how to get the english ultimate launcher on my HTC Mogul any help is greatly appreciated...I did find this link from one of the threads

Are you having trouble installing it?

If so, make sure you sync the phone with your computer, click Explore within the Activesync application, and drag-and-drop the .Cab file onto your phone.

Then, from the phone, use your File Explorer application to find the .Cab file. Click on the file, and it will start installing.
