Annoying Flashing Status Light
 
My mogul's green status LED (located under the internet explorer key) is flashing alot (without any pending notifications), and I was wondering if there's a registry hack to perhaps turn the light off or at least make it flash less to conserve power? Also, is there anything I can do to turn off the front bezel key lights? They look pretty, but they're not that neccesary IMO. I know how to turn off the keyboard backlights already. Thanks in advance.

Oh, one last thing, does anyone have a fix to my GPS issue where its taking forever to locate the satellite...? I'm on the right Rom version and use googlemaps.

To the OP, people are really willing to help on this site. But, this topic has been discussed in multiple threads and there are multiple fixes. Use the search function, then post in the appropriate thread if you are still having problems.
We were all noobs once and most of us got up to speed by lots of searching and lurking.
