Help With Flashing Back to stock ROMs

Okay guys, I did it. I got myself stuck in bootloader using the re-locker. Now how do I flash back to the stock ROM?

I tried the uni-exitbootloader, restarting pc, most files that I tried to download couldn't be opened with my computer. I have read quantumforce's guide but still not getting anywhere. Tried running the re-locker again but my activesync will no longer sync my phone with my pc.
