Delete Individual text messages in wm6.1
 

I searched and cant find how to delete a single text message in wm6.1 threaded sms.

I'm pretty sure its easy and I'm just missing it but does anyone know how to do this?
I know you can delete a whole conversation but my time was screwed up on my phone and i got a few text messages that think they were received in 2010 and stay in front of all the new messages i receive

open your conversation, hilight the msg you want to delete. (do not click on blue txt, click on black txt or use up/down arrow keys) and delete. it is really simple

Just remember to check "Deleted Messages" and delete them from there to before your better half finds all those messages that you need to hide ;)

When I click the black text nothing happens. What I have to do is click the blue text, then it pulls up the contact and after i close that screen the message is highlighted.

I think ftouchflo has something to do with y its not working

I go to Start > Messaging > Text Messages. This brings up a list of all your texts... tap-hold a message to bring up a menu that includes Delete.

That won't work with 6.1 though, because it threads the texts into conversations like an IM would be.

With that method it deletes the whole conversation.. I was only trying to delete a single message in the conversation.

For some reason I have to tap the blue text and drag down to the black text for it to highlight.. I have no idea why
