No2chem- Programs automatically closing with "X"

I installed Nex's new rom (based on No2chem) last night.. works great.

However, I have an IM+ program that I need NOT closed when I "X" at the top right.

How do I make it so that my IM+ does not force a close, and remain in background with I press "X"?

just press OK with the hard button to minimze it.

or just tap the start bar to access the menu
