Where is LockDevice located?

I am trying to customize a program and i want to have an icon lock my phone,but i need the path to the lock app that is used by HTC where is it located in the ppc?

if you can find it anywhere, it would be in the windows folder on the device....

closest i have found and use..Which is default is keylock.exe..Its in windows directory..use resco and unhide everything....Remember to tip the scale. ^_^
