Roaming with verizon????
 

Hey everyone,
I am noticing something on my mogul...not sure if it is normal or not. I am running 3.16 on WM6.0 with the latest PRL.

Right now, I have my roaming option set to automatic. When I come out of my garage (underground), the first signal I get is a roaming signal (and the triangle or 1x). If I try to make a call in roaming (before it gets the Sprint signal), I get a Verizon recording that says my phone cannot be authenticated.

Is this normal? Am I just getting the Verizon recording because I am roaming on their tower in that location? And if so, why can't I make a roaming call? My phone cannot be authenticated?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had a similar issue after I flashed to dcd's rom. I called vzw's tech suport and the rep had me input an a-key and I was able to send/rcv calls normally.
