The only problem I am having with my girls phone after the ROM upgrade and re-installing the picture CAB is she can not send pics anymore. Will the hack use before ( Sorry havent looked hard enough for the name) work with the new ROM. I know there was an update because some people were having a problem sending mail and the update fixed it, just hoping it works the new ROM

Anyone know what registry keys/values are added, changed or deleted with this fix?

Nothing happened when i tried the .cab
i got an error that says install was unsuccessful even after a few soft resets and a 2nd download of the file

i was reading forums about the pic mail problem on the mogul , and the i got on the sprint web site and went to the picture mail site, and after that i started looking for sprint incoming mail servers so i could input it on my mogul and see if i could download the pictures that i have on the web site and maybe send pic mail that way , but the server was wrong, so if anyone know the incoming and outgoing server , please reply back so i can try this way to send pic mail from my mogul, thanks

When I tried to install the Picture Mail hack I received an unsucessful message. So I decided to open the cab file to see what the reg hack was. I found the following registry change, applied it, did a soft reset and tested it. I pleased to say that the picture mail link opens as it did before.

HKLM\Security\Internet Explorer\User Agent
String Name = "CustomBase"
String Value = "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 6.12) Sprint:PPC6800"

There was an existing string in that location that I left alone:
String Name = "Custom"
String Value = "Sprint:PPC6800"

Hope this works for everyone else!

Works great buddy...keep up the good work!!! Hopefully soon we can send pics...i havent lost too much faith in sprint..but hopefully something pops up. Just installed .cab waited about 5mins for registery, opened previous sent pic and looks like Ol' School!!! Thx Bro!!!
