im mad yesterday coming home from work i pull the string of my phone to get the phone and i end up having the string only in ma hand the piece broke off my phone sprint betta give me a new fone or something i need the string lolsz

Wow lmao really. I didn't get one when I had my Mogul either. Didnt really want one either tho so no complaints here

I hope you had insurance on your phone, if not, Sprint probably will not replace it, they might if the strap was part of the phone and it malfunctioned. That is assuming that you lost the phone. Come to think of it, I did not get a wrist strap either, and mine was brand new as well.

BTW I can't imagine using a string on a mogul. Thats like putting a Mont Blanc in a pocket protector!

Its not supposed to come with a lanyard so they might do something they might not. If you have the Service and Repair Program on the number they should replace it.
