Help!!! On Demand
 

I need the help of PPC .. First if I am putting this in the wrong spot I apologize:(...

I have OnDemand downloaded to my Mogul, when I look in the program listings on the device it is there. the CAB is listed in my Documents when I open the CAB it tells me that it has been installed. However there is no short cut in programs where I see everything else. When I go into the menu there is nothing listed in the menu either. I have uninstalled and installed 3 times and done a soft re-set. Can anyone tell me how to fix this.:scratch:

Well I called sprint and fussed at them 1st about the fact that I can’t send picture mail, the reps 1st question was where did I buy the phone (I wasn’t sure what difference that made) since it was the Sprint Store HA! I guess she could go that route. Ok Hard rest and everything is working fine. Well except I lost all my other stuff that was not backed up (GREAT!!!) Thank goodness for PPCGEEKS

So they made you do a hard reset ?? My mistake, they "advised" you to do a hard reset ? To me, that is kind of like burning the forest to kill the weeds. Yeah it will work, but a little too extreme. I notice I have the same ondemand CAB file in my mogul, but then again, I have not installed it on my device either. I dont use ondemand - so I figure I will save some memory :)

Sounds to me like it (ondemand) did a bad install at some point in time.
