End Key Doesn't Work When Ending a Call...
 

I searched all over the forums and couldn't find anything related to this. Whenever I want to end a call after talking, it won't disconnect by pushing the hard or soft end key. I have to reset after each call. Does anybody know how to fix this or is a Hard Reset the only option? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Your Mogul might be playing phone chicken. It's waiting for the other person to hang up first.

Make sure your phone isn't running any lock software and you are answering when its locked. I have had this happen and couldn't do anything until I unlocked it.

Also make sure you aren't running any 3rd party dialer software to help troubleshoot it.

I had this problem a few weeks ago... after a few times it just stopped. Not really sure what caused it, or made it go away.

Yeah this happens to me sometime as well. I soft reset like you and it goes away for a couple weeks but then it happens again occasionally. I haven't been able to find a fix for it either but a soft reset.

That has happen to me several times as well but it seems to be random and not every single time. It really doesn't bother me much though.

Thanks for the help guys, but nothing worked. I had no third party phone software installed and hadn't installed anything for weeks. It just started doing this yesterday. I finally fixed it by loading a backup I had made the previous day from SPB Backup. SPB really does make amazing software!
