Help with updating prl.. ##775# not working

ok I tried ##775# on my mogul and nothing happens. It doesnt ask for any number or anything. I also tried calling sprint with the *2 method and the rep is an idiot and didnt even know what i was talking about ( typical ) so now i turn to the experts. Can anyone help with this problem?

I have read that post already. There is no answer for my question there. I already have the new prl downloaded and i know i have to press ##775#. My problem is when i do that nothing happens at all

ok forget it I figured it out. Thank you. The problem was with HTC dialer. I had to uninstall it first

Yeah, there's only a few dialers that allow you to use programming codes. Narg's iPhone dialer is nice and still allows you to program the phone.

Just for future reference, if you navigate to the windows folder on your device and launch epst (second in the list), you can access all regular pst functions.

Thanks for the tip EtherealRemnant. I did this and it worked out real well. I didn't want to uninstall my HTC Dialer.
