Having Problems With ThemeGenCE

Everytime I open the program it says "Adapt theme format if needed." I click ok, and the program just doesnt seem to work correctly. So what does this mean...or how do I fix it?

The best way i found to use this program is to start it then just load a theme from your unit and modify it from there and you wont have any format issues
