Tweak registry for default contact program?
 

Any way to tweak the registry so it refers to iContact any time an application needs to refer to the contacts? Like for SMS, MMS, and the phone dialer? I like iContact, but it doesnt seem to be very automated as far as installation and integration.

I believe you can change the following registry entry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:M SCONTACTS

Change string 1 to the full path for the iContact exe file.

I've used this for PocketCM. It doesn't seem to work for messaging but does work in the dialer.
