How do you use custom tones for text alerts?
 

I have custom tones in my ringtone folder, but they don't show up on the drop down for text messages. Any help?

Hey brotha.....I had the same problem. I play the ESPN ring for my txts so it's like every txt is a new sports center alert. Anyway what you have to do is go to your my documents and then to my ringtones. Copy the file you want for the ringtone. Go back to your my documents folder and just paste it. Then when you go to choose a ring it will be in the drop down list

i just drop them in to the windows folder and they are there as well,
