I'm having a problem where my phone will wake itself from being asleep like every 5 minutes, which I'm sure kills the battery. Is there any way to stop this?

How is the signal in your area? Does the phone roam alot?

Mine wakes up frequently in bad coverage areas. This is one of my biggest pet peeves about the phone. How hard is it to NOT turn the screen on? Magically the phone can check mail without turning it on.......

you need sedatives... if that doesn't work, beat it until it sleeps.

I noticed the same thing I hardly go anywhere I need to roam plus with nationwide plan I dont have that issue anyway, is there a way to turn off roaming? I checked all programs and couldnt figure this out. Had the XV6800 for a week now and love it!

Start>Settings>Personal>Phone>Services>Roaming
