Stuck on bootloader, read the other posts, still stuck.

I followed the directions for the gps patch to the letter, not knowing having vista would probably screw things up. Basicly I'm stuck on the bootloader and it reads:
TITA100 MFG
SPL-2.40.Olipro
CPLD-9

I followed the directions on installing the Vista drivers, which then got the exit bootloader program to work, but it just freezes at the HTC screen. If I try a Sprint ROM update, it gets error 328, and the Re-Locker program says no device connected regardless of if I have the bootloader on my screen or the HTC frozen homescreen.

Help would be apreciated, I have to exchange my Mogul through sprint, and don't want to while it's bricked :P

Thanks in advance.

If you are going to exchange your Mogul through Sprint, you should not be upgrading it to an unofficial ROM; they will likely tell you that any problems you are experiencing were due to the ROM and refuse to exchange it.

Since "the directions for the GPS patch" could be many things, can you list what steps you took and what error messages you got? Which ROM were you trying to flash and how far did you get?

Which Sprint ROM update did you try that gave you error 328?

I am having the same problem, I unlocked the phone, then I tried to update to 3.16 no2chem ROM and everything seemed to work flawlessly. Then the phone rebooted and no matter what I try I can not seem to get it out of the HTC screen, it just sits there.

Which unlocker did you use? Did you also flash the radio?

You need to flash 3.27 Radio file!
