cant sync contacts to my computer need help

im not having n e activesync probs i want to save my contacts on my computer but i dont know how........ i have a mogul and im running a windows vista on my computer also i want to create a back for all tha files and pics and phone numbers on my pic so whenever my phone messes up i can upload it bac ima noob and i just cant figure it out without pro help from u guys

I do not quite follow...

If your not having activesync issues (in which you should be using Device Center 6.1 with Vista...) and cannot sync contacts, then you do have a problem. Your device should have come equipped with a sync CD w/ a base version of M$ Outlook. You will need to install this Outlook onto your PC in order to sync contacts, calender, tasks, etc.

But just in case, you may need to update your sync software (Activesync 3.x - 4.x is for XP, etc) to Vista compatibiliy here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...icecenter.mspx

wow that was fast......, what happened was my cd wouldnt fully install to my computer and whenever o tried to sync with my computer all it sync is the pictures not the contacts and when i tried to click the contact option it wouldnt work but im going to down load this new software and re download the cd and see what happens thanks alot

You can also use PPCPimBackup instead of outlook.
